Personal Information you provide to us. We may ask you to provide us with your Personal Information. In some cases, We may ask you to provide information through surveys or contests. Participation in such surveys or contests is entirely voluntary, and as such, you are free to decide whether to disclose such information. The information we request may include contact information (such as name, mailing address and telephone number) and demographic information (such as zip code or age).

Personal information we collect about you. We would like to inform you that in certain cases, we may conduct security research to verify your identity, age, and other registration information provided by you and to review your use of the Affiliate Network and your financial transactions to ensure that there are no potential violations of our Affiliate Agreement and/or applicable laws. For this purpose, Atlas Partners may use your personal data and disclose your personal data to third parties for the purpose of verifying the information you provide for the use of the Affiliate Network, including, possibly, but not necessarily, international information exchange. The reports that will be compiled on the basis of the security check may include a credit report request and/or other verification of the information provided by you against third party databases. Personal information may also be obtained from customer lists that may be lawfully obtained from third parties.

3. How we use your information

Processing your personal data enables us to perform our normal functions. We would like to inform you that we use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • With your consent (and until it is withdrawn). For example, you may have consented to receive marketing communications;
  • To the extent necessary and for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, which means the following actions:
    a. processing your online transactions;
    b. providing customer support.
  • Where it is in Our legitimate business interests, which means the following:
    a. Improving the quality and relevance of the Atlas Partners product and service offerings and improving the service to our customers;

4. How long we keep your information

After closing your affiliate account, we will keep your personal account information for no longer than 1 year after the date of account closure. As for the financial information collected as part of our cooperation, such as commission payments, etc., this information will be kept for about 10 years after the account is closed in accordance with our legal obligations to fight fraud, money laundering and taxation. We assure you that the information is securely stored until the end of the retention period, after which it will be deleted and/or destroyed accordingly.

Your rights. Please note that you have rights with respect to your personal information, which include

  • the right to be informed about how we use the information and your rights in this regard. This information must be provided in a clear, transparent and understandable manner. In order to exercise this right, you have the following rights the right to have the information we hold about you corrected if such information is inaccurate;
  • the right to access and examine your Personal Information that we hold about you; the right to delete, restrict or “suspend” the use of your Personal Information (in unresolved cases);

Please be advised that we take numerous measures to comply with anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, anti-fraud and other illegal activities. To this end, We use sophisticated software that monitors and informs Us of suspicious or fraudulent transactions and activities. In case of detection of such transactions, we report them to the necessary regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Accounts with suspicious and fraudulent activity may be suspended and/or blocked by us.

8. International money transfers

Personal data collected on the Affiliate Network may also be stored and processed in any country in which We or Our affiliates, suppliers or agents have a presence. We take steps to ensure that our agents, affiliates and suppliers comply with our privacy standards, regardless of where they are located.
